But your blood sugar, you have to have sugar. Trying to not have sugar is not smart. You've got to have simple sugar.

But Type 2, you're having cortisol problems. You're not metabolizing sugars, which means it doesn't matter what you eat. You're not metabolizing sugars. So you're going to see a little bit of a flux even on fruits and vegetables

And that's the problem. I call a spade a spade. So when I try to put sugar on it, I would admit that I have never in my life

So you would for sure want to go on your fruits in your morning, your fruits at night, maybe a salad at lunch, but anytime you can push yourself into like a grape diet for a couple of weeks. Cool to do that.

If it's type two, that's adrenals. Well, your adrenals are chronic. So you could see blood sugar problems and also mineral utilization problems, testosterone problems, all kinds of problems like that.
