Okay, I do have a stomach tea and I remember seeing that in another video. So I only did like one cup last great fast per day. And this time I kind of went in saying, I'm not doing that again.

I've got the circulation formula and I've got loads of them. I've got gut cleaning ones and the GI broom and whatnot brain and nerve. So that's my question.

So I've always thought of that, but I've done wheat grass, very Very concentrated wheat grass juice, and not to where you have to be careful with that. When you really complex up chlorophyll type of plants, you have to be careful.

and then I'll restart it for another 20 seconds at the highest pulse. If I use the smoothie button or the juice button or whatever button they put on here, it does not pulverize everything as smoothly as we want it.

In actuality, that juice itself, those two combined, I think, are very nutritious. That would be a really so good even with adding lemon juice to that lemon juice.

Oh, that don't sound good. And now to order more herbs and eat lots of fruit and lemon water and get all the meds out of my body. What's going on there, sweetheart?

All right. And the last thing I'm going to put in is a sliver of my lemon. I'm going to peel.

So you can blend some cucumber and then maybe some orange juice actually would be good with that green, with that cucumber. In actuality, that juice itself, those two combined, I think, are very nutritious.

So lightly acidic. When you get into pineapples and stuff, unless you pick it right, they're just too acidic. And you can get sores in your mouth from them and lemons the same way.

So I really feel you're missing hydrated fruit from your diet. More citrus, more apple, more mango, more pineapple, watermelon, grapes. Different fruits, though, because I feel like when the bowels are shut down like this,
